Shipping policy

Domestic shipping within SA is R110 and takes 2-7 business days (during sales & product launches, it can take up to 10 business days). 

• (except for during sales or product launches, please expect up to 7 business days) 
• Surcharge: In rare instances, for high-risk/ outlaying areas, the couriers might add a surcharge- this surcharge will be communicated with the customer and surcharge will have to be covered by the customer
• Courier is unable to reach the customer for delivery: in instances, where the courier and Capelli and Co Pty Ltd is trying to get a hold of the customer to arrange delivery, but the customer does not respond on time, the order is returned to our warehouse, the cost of-re-issuing the parcel is on the customer's account.

International Orders 

We ship internationally with DHL express. International rates will be applied at checkout. 

Duties and taxes might be applicable according to your country's laws. Tax and duty payments are on the customer's expense and are not included in the shipping price.
